When getting in touch, it helps if you can tell us:
If your vehicle needs to be dropped off outside of our opening hours — whether that's late at night, at the weekend, or via a breakdown or recovery company — you are welcome to leave it in our car park at Unit 4, Laughing Dog Industrial Estate.
Please ensure the vehicle is parked safely and sensibly. Do not block the workshop entrance, access road or other vehicles.
Important — insurance: Vehicles left on our premises outside of trading hours are not insured by us until we have acknowledged their presence. The vehicle remains the responsibility of the owner until we confirm receipt in writing.
Please email us as soon as the vehicle is dropped off. Include your name, contact number, vehicle registration, the name of the recovery company if applicable, and a brief description of the problem.
